At MaandadX, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided.
1. General Conditions:
– Refunds will be considered only if requested within 14 days of the purchase or payment date.
– Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of MaandadX and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
– Digital Services: Refunds for digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, social media management, and other similar services, will only be issued if the services have not been delivered as per the agreed-upon scope or if there is a clear discrepancy between the services promised and the services delivered.
– Design Services: Refunds for design-related services, such as logo design, business card design, and brochure design, will be considered if the client is dissatisfied with the initial drafts and no significant progress has been made beyond the initial design phase.
– Consultation Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. However, if a client is not satisfied with the consultation, they may request a follow-up session at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
– Refunds will not be issued for completed services where the client has approved the final work.
– Refunds are not available for any services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
– No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or changes in the client’s business needs after the service has been rendered.
4. Cancellation Policy:
– Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice. However, any payments made for services already rendered up to the point of cancellation will not be refunded.
– If a client cancels a project before any work has been started, a full refund may be provided.
5. Refund Process:
– To request a refund, clients must contact MaandadX via email at Support@dental.maandadx.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the reason for the refund request, as well as any supporting documentation.
– Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued via the original payment method used.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy: MaandadX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage clients to review this Refund Policy periodically.
